About Me - IRS TAX Help

My name is Mark Zinn, and for the past ten years I have represented clients from throughout the United States and around the world, assisting them in resolving their IRS tax debt problems.  It's all I do as an IRS tax attorney offering income tax help and assistance.  Visit, www.zinnlawfirm.com, for more information about my law firm.

I created this site for individuals who want to solve their IRS tax problems, without spending thousands of dollars to have someone else represent them.  And, in most cases, it's very easy to do that, if you have the right knowledge and guidance.  That's what I provide through this site.  While I realize that there is a certain amout of fear related to dealing with the IRS, there really is nothing to worry about.  A membership will provide you with all the information and guidance you need to take all your fear away, and save you thousands of dollars, which you can use to pay your IRS tax liability.

I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Kansas in 1992.  In 1995, I received my Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa School of Law.  While in law school, I worked for VITA, the “Volunteer Income Tax Assistance” program, preparing tax returns for low-income taxpayers.

I received a Master’s Degree in Tax Law (L.L.M.) from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2001.  During that time, beginning in 1999, I worked for the “Kansas City Tax Clinic”, where I helped low-income taxpayers resolve their IRS tax issues.

I am licensed to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, and North Carolina, and can represent taxpayers in all fifty states as well as any country in the world.  I'm also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

I’m a member of the Johnson County (Kansas) Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and American Mensa.
